Consider this. Would you fly an airplane without training? Would you be an officer without law enforcement training? NO, you wouldn’t, nor would you be allowed to perform these actions without proper training.
Doing disaster relief is no different. There is nothing organized, normal or safe when entering a disaster area. Many people go to a disaster area with a wonderful heart to help only to leave disappointed, sick and sometimes injured.
